Ouch. I figured it was something barbaric, but I am a seasoned gore vet and this pic truly stood out for some reason.

Yeah, It kinda looks like the result of that video "Trying to behead a faceless man". In which some drug gang members cut off the victims Hands and face and also tried to behead him.

This dude seems to still have his right hand and is also missing his jaw, but maybe it's something similiar.
