Actually as part of learning profiling at the FBI academy that's called " a unique aspect" of the crime. It is a clear sign of mental illness at a crime scene when body parts are arranged like that. I saw a pic once of a disembowlment and the vegetables the victim ate were arranged an the ground... Peas, carrots and sting beans.

The ***** that beheaded Mclean is out on the street again as long as he stays on his meds and doesn't stop taking them again like he did leading up to the beheading!
