The guy on the right is Tim McLean, Greyhound Bus murder victim. He was sleeping on a bus when the man next to him - who suffers from schizophrenia - stabbed him to death, beheaded, mutilated and partially cannibalised him.

I'm not sure the photos on the left are of Tim McLean, though. I don't think the killer was in a state of mind to arrange the body parts like that.

Oh, I just noticed a detail from the wikipedia article I linked to:
Parts of the victim's body, placed in plastic bags, were retrieved from the bus, while his ear, nose and tongue were found in Li's pockets.
So if that is Tim McLean, it wasn't his killer who arranged the severed parts of his face.
