Ya, I can't see how simple bloat could cause that. It's the desert, drying out should be pretty rapid. And I have never seen bloat cause that much damage. And the rumpled hair? Face down in the dirt? No one sleeps like that. Look at her hands positions. If a person is down from dehydration they are maybe going to be face up if passed out. Or in a sleep type position if trying to rest. Her posture says murder. I kinda wonder what it was about. Rape? Robbery is out. Rape seems unlikely if you look at her clothes. And the guy who wrote the blog had inside information about how he knew about the body.
