Gad man, I worked with a chipper for one guy up in Flint, n I always made sure I was like 2 feet back at all times from the opening, totally avoidable, n very sad.

my assumption is that a block of wood got stuck in the entry and he pushed it in with a foot. and went in himself 3 feet inside the machine.
