Re: Man Skinned Alive
From the linked article: Oh yes he could! I'm going to go out on a limb and suggest that the patient and family would not want his extreme suffering to be prolonged for as long as possible, considering his death was obviously inevitable. And yes, the spelling of his name, Ouchi, is ironic... |

Re: Man Skinned Alive
He sorta looks like beef jerky. I can remember when we had to go through gross anatomy and dissected a cadaver. I never looked at beef jerky the same way again.

Re: Man Skinned Alive
Please check your facts a little before you go on a bunny-hugging tirade, OK? This Japanese man's name was Hisashi Ouchi. He received a spectacularly-fatal dose of radiation (17 sieverts/1700 rems) during an accident at the Tokaimura nuclear fuel processing plant on 9/28/1999. Hisashi Ouchi eventually succumbed to his injuries on 12/21/1999. Here's the link to a detailed description of the accident: http://www.mun.ca/biology/scarr/4241..._Accident.html |
