aw, man, and i'm a butcher too....i dunno about this guy but where i work the machine has safeguards in place to prevent people from putting their hands within the mechanism....there's a large screw in there that crushes the meat and pushes it against a cap with lots of tiny holes that mold the meat into what you get in the grocery store... needless to say, this really grossed me out...i should use this when giving safety lectures... |
