Cambodia - Man Accidently Cut His Throat with an Angle Grinder
On the night of 3rd July 2019 in Kien Svay District (Cambodia), 33 year old T.T. died. 'T', a construction worker, was using an angle grinder when he slipped + struck his own neck.

Looks like one disk and the rubber arbor to me. Although you're right there is no guard. The electrics look shady and it's wet too, so safety wasn't his primary concern, clearly.

He was using a cut-off wheel as a backing pad. The sanding disc has grabbed an edge and kicked the cut-off into his neck.

It kicked back when he was using it. Disc would've broke hitting the ground after the fact. Seen a guy do the same thing with a chain saw, if they kick back, you better hold the fuck on  |
