Allies isn´t the right word here. Hitler knew muslims would make expendable, cheap drone soldiers because of their brainwashed beliefs (not afraid to die bla bla), so he was just smart enough to use them for his own purposes.

I think its the same girl, upon death the face takes on a waxy lifeless appearance that can deviate from what one looks like in life.
