Not the same girl, hairline is different, nose is different earlobe is different and bone structure is different. Live one has European features and dead one has Middle Eastern features.
Regardless of whether the thing is photoshopped or not, to me it looks like the same girl. Hairline is the same, nose is the same, earlobe is the same, and the bone structure is the same.

It's obviously photoshopped. Probably from some sort of propaganda mentalist website.

Zoom in to the outline of her hair on the picture and compare it to the outline of the hair on the guy, or the outline of his entire body for that matter. Her hair has been blurred in to background to whereas the guy's hair and body has a crisp finish to it. All the tell-tale signs of someone else head photoshopped in to another picture.

Ok look at the facial expression....and the holding of the head....the braid. It doesnt look right to me...Granted the have the guts to do this over there...could be possible propaganda material idk. imho
There's no widow's peak in the second pic. So I have doubts to that being her, too.
