Re: Indy/Formula One: Fatal and Non Fatal Crash Photos (Stop Motion, Color, B&W)

The 1996 Argentine GP and Italian Luca Badoer's Forti is flipped over after Pedro Diniz Ligier hits him from behind.

Luca was the 1992 F3000 Champion with four wins and then competed in 48 races with pretty awful machinery, with a best finish of 7th. He then spent many years as Ferrari's main test driver until ten years after his last GP he raced twice for Ferrari in 2009.

Re: Indy/Formula One: Fatal and Non Fatal Crash Photos (Stop Motion, Color, B&W)

The hardest part of converting flat pictures to 3D anaglyphs is convincing people to simply pick up some glasses and look at them. This conversion of an AlvinKarpis photo will blow you away and make you see the potential that all the great pictures on this thread have for 3D viewing.

Glasses are free at this site--or buy them on eBay or other places on the Internet:

I'm posting an image of the kind of free glasses to ask for for. If you don't like the images, I'll refund your stamp.

I just need some 3-D glasses

I saw Jaws 3-D in theaters back in the mid 80s and was turned off from 3-D films forever

But the Smiley picture looks very interesting

I think one of my daughters has a pair of them, let me check

Re: Indy/Formula One: Fatal and Non Fatal Crash Photos (Stop Motion, Color, B&W)

Jaws 3-D would turn anyone off. It sucked big time--probably the worst 3-D I've seen in a movie. You might not love these pics as much as I do, but I'm sure you'll like them. Crash photos are ideal subjects for 3-D. Thanks for taking a look.

I spent at least 30 minutes earlier today looking for the pair of 3-D glasses I have solely to view your pics!!! Sadly, I couldn't find them.
