These things are actually very much expected for murder victims... You see, all the muscles relax after death (and before rigor mortis) so whatever was in the bladder and the intestines can come out without any problems. Murder victims even get erections while dying.

i've come close to death, passed out from overdoses, had my bodytemp drop to 85 going for hypothermia, never once have i pissed myself on the way. if i ever decide to go again, i'll be sure to empty my bladder and bowels for whomever should find my body on the trail.

I disagree with your observation,it is a known fact that the muscle`s which hold urine and such back release within a few hours of death and eventually all is released.
But i can see where you are coming from though !
