Patients like the single mother last week who came in for double reconstructive surgery after a full bilateral mastectomy. When I went in to do the surgery it turns out the cancer's not quite gone and is in her ribs now. She's in terrible pain from all the muscle tissue I had to remove between her ribs. IT'S FUCKING AGONY TO BREATHE. And guess what? She can't take the morphine pump home anymore, thanks to dumbfucks like you. So now who's going to take her kids to school while she's in the hospital so she can get her pain under control? Who's paying for those two nurses to sign off on every dose?

4. Get over yourselves. You're nothing special.
