Same with an incident on an LA freeway years ago in which a copter crew gave us a live shot of a guy blowing his head off with a shotgun. You could hear people in the studio yelling and groaning when it happened.
And then there's the footage from the KTLA news chopper that 'accidentally' showed the blackened corpse of a driver at the side of the freeway after a wreck caused a vehicle to burst into flames. It's still on YouTube.

That was an insane video.

He was an AIDS patient who had difficulties coming to terms with his morality. He set his truck on fire and shot his pet dog, before blowing his brains out live on air. Daniel Jones was his name.

That’s the guy, right?
