Happened a few months ago in India. Don't think it's been posted here before.

This is a case from Sindhora police station area in Varanasi. A girl was found hanging in her lover’s house. All of them [the people in the house] are claiming that “the girl came to our house and hanged herself.”

Today it has been seven days that the boy has been kept at the police station, and the girl’s poor family is running around seeking justice, but not even an FIR is being registered. Please, someone help.

Police determined that she recorded the hanging with the intent to stream it to a friend on Messenger, but somehow failed to actually send it to them. The hanging was recorded at 4:05pm, but not broadcast. Her body was discovered by some friends about 4 hours later.

Antemortems are mostly censored/obscured but the postmortem vids aren't bad.

No meaningful details aside from the fact that she wasn't hanging long, was discovered within an hour of last being seen.

Family agreed with suicide as a cause and refused an autopsy.

Preliminary visual exam found no signs of external violence. The rope was taken into evidence (as it always is in suicides). Her shorts and underpants were also logged as being taken for evidence because they were found to be wet and the police wanted to check at the lab to make sure there was no sexual assault was indicated. Apparently she hanged herself right down the street from a regional police station, so maybe they're excited to get to use some fancy lab equipment, LOL.

In any case, it's probably just perimortem voiding, but you never know.

She had some breathing condition (likely asthma) and was scheduled for a medical visit the same day, but apparently said 'Fuck it.' instead.

This one is from yesterday. Somewhere in India (gets harder to backtrace locations with all of the FB and Google search-related fuckery now).

No age given, but she was a fairly new wife, married five months. No motive for suicide given.

As is all too common in that locale, her family is raising hell and complaining about the police being slipshod because their daughter MUST have been murdered and her hanging staged afterwards because...yep, you guessed it. Her feet are on the ground. Ever a source of confusion over there, though you'd think they'd have all seen enough suicides by now to know partial suspension hangings are common.

I'm no forensic pathologist, but the news placement looks legit. Hand posture looks legit. Plus she is very clearly kneeling in a large puddle of partially-dried urine and the knees and shins of her pants are still wet. Pretty sure she died in that exact spot, in that exact position.

But tbh, the constant complaining form the families about staged murders is the only reason we even get access to half of these photo sets, so at least all of their imagination does something to prop up the gore site industry.
