Someone could break the neck first then hang the body. There's this one guy called Epstine in USA who committed "suicide hanging" with a broken neck.

The High School Student in Ende who committed suicide rarely left her boarding room and was quiet.

A high school student with the initials HGM (18) was found dead in her boarding room on Jalan Durian, RT 06/RW 03, Mautapaga Village, East Ende District, Ende Regency, on Tuesday (September 2, 2025) at around 5:30 p.m. WITA.

HGM, a student at an honesty school in Ende City, was currently undergoing fieldwork experience at a government agency in Ende City.

According to TSA, one of the victim's boarding housemates, HGM had been preparing to go to the office where the victim was conducting her fieldwork experience since morning.

According to TSA, the victim spent most of her time in the boarding house and interacted mostly with a friend who attended the same school.

"She spends most of his time in her room, playing games, sometimes staying up until 2-3 in the morning. We haven't interacted with her much lately; she's mostly in her room and rarely comes out," explained TSA, a student at a university.

At the time of the tragic incident that afternoon, the victim's biological mother came to her daughter's boarding house to visit her. According to TSA, the victim's biological mother was initially unaware of her condition.

"When the mother first arrived, she was still standing outside, not knowing. She came with a happy expression, perhaps because she wanted to see her child. We were on duty at the time.

When the mother came to call her, she knocked on the door but there was no response from inside.

Finally, we called her, but there was still no response. Finally, I took the initiative and checked her room through my own," said TSA, still traumatized.

TSA climbed onto the bunk bed in her room to check on the victim. Initially, she didn't see the victim because the lights were off.

"When I first checked, the room was dark. She (the victim) turned off the lights, and the door was locked from the inside.

So I went up and looked inside. I first saw her on her bed, no one there. When I looked to the side, I saw her hanging.

Sumatra. A woman, D.P (23) was found hanging inside her house Saturday afternoon. Police suspect she took her own life due to depression.

Her body was first discovered at around 4 PM by one of her relatives. She was found hanging from a rope from the kitchen door.

Police and medical teams immediately processed the crime scene.

She underwent a medical examination and the preliminary results showed no signs of violence on the body. The body was handed over to the family for burial.

Police told that issues caused the victim's depression.
