On 27th September 2018 in Santiago, 18 year old S.M.T.S. hanged herself. 'S', who was studying psychology at university, was buried the next day. *Her grandmother can be seen speaking in the video. She says that 'S' did not show any signs of depression nor was there a note left.

In Villa La Mata on 27th November 2017, 36 year old M.S. hanged herself. Supposedly her husband had left her for another woman. 6 months previous to her suicide, her brother had also hanged himself.

CHILD WARNING On 27th January 2018 in Santiago, a little girl of nearly 8 years hanged herself. The little girl lived with her grandfather as her mother had married + went to live elsewhere. The girl's grandfather, who found the little girl hanging, said that she was a happy girl.

In Porto Velho on 11th September 2018, 22 year old E.C.L. went missing. The next day, her body was found in a cemetery by her brother. She had hanged herself over her husband's grave. R.M. had taken his own life last year. Relatives state that 'E' was depressed + often visited 'R's grave.

On 26th February 2015, 30 year old V.N. committed suicide. She had recently had an argument with her boyfriend on the phone. It seems that she had been dumped + was apparently pregnant.

In La Vega in September 2017, 26 year old M.A.D.G. was found hanged in her wardrobe. She leaves behind 2 children. No one knew whether it was suicide or murder. But, her husband, 41 year old J.R.C.E., was arrested on suspicion of murder. His relatives, however, say that the autopsy results state that 'M' had cocaine in her body + reckon that she committed suicide.

On 9th November 2017 in Santo Domingo, 19 year old S.B. hanged herself. Her body was discovered by children who were out playing. 'S', a mother to a 3 year old girl, had become depressed. Her brother stated that she could not find a job + had to abandon her studies. Though residents state that it was because her boyfriend had left her.
