18yo girl hung herself with a black scarf in her family's bathroom. Allegedly, she had a lung condition that was not healing and was stressing out her family and costing them extensive money in treatments, so she was tired of being a burden. So read the suicide note anyway.

The family refused an autopsy because they believed it was a suicide. The forensics examiner, Sekdes Cibenda Hirin, conducted the visual exam at the scene and reported to the newspaper that the police ruled it a suicide. His report noted that the the decedent had marked petechiae, her tongue was swollen and protruding, and her skirt and the floor beneath her were wet with urine.
