The girl was only 8 years old. The hanging man is her father. Some family trouble made them decide to hang. Or (I suppose) made the father decide on behalf of both. He may also have "helped" the girl with the noose, and one can consider if the poor girl lost her bladder from fearing what was about to happen, or it emptied post mortem.

To avoid any misunderstanding: I haven't seen any article accusing the father of killing the daughter. On the other hand, they say that the daughter "hanged first", which in my interpretation is almost the same.

Unfortunately I haven't been able to find unblurred images.
