You have seen the only frame in the entire vid worth seeing, as far as this material goes. The vid isn't hard to find online, but it has nothing whatsoever in terms of hanging footage besides the single frame depicted here. You're missing nothing other than exposition, and then only if you can speak Ukrainian.
