Re: Hanged Girls Thread Continued
Teenage girl who hung herself after an apparent breakup with a boyfriend. Was found by her brother who peeked in the keyhole and saw her hanging when she didn't answer the door. Indonesian is a little tough to interpret with the Google translator sometimes, but the details given make sense. An odd addition, though. One of the articles about her death indicated that the police did not suspect foul play, but felt that it was a suicide based on evidence at the scene. In this case, the line they used was that it was pure suicide because "Hal ini dibuktikan dengan keluarnya air kencing dan kotoran dari dubur korban". Which the software translated as "This is evidenced by victim's release of urine and feces." I found this odd, as loss of bladder and bowels is fairly common in many violent deaths, especially strangulations. The fact that it occurred in this apparent hanging hardly rules out homicide, based on my own own anecdotal experience, but I guess maybe forensics investigations work differently in Indonesia. Anyway, photo quality is poor, but I'll add more if better versions surface. Just happened this morning, so that is possible. Edit: Added slightly better images I am an Indonesian. Your translation was exactly on the spot. However the people here doesn't use any logic whatsoever. There are a lot of uneducated people here. People here are fucking dumb and inconsiderate. |

20 years old. Thanks to mort for running across this one and sending it to me. Quality isn't the best, but it is good enough for the thread.

Sometimes unblurred images or images without watermarks surface, sometimes they don't. I am grateful for the efforts of those who manage to come up with anything at all. I often wonder how they manage it.

That's something you don't see too often. Looking back through my archives, there was only a few larger women on the end of a rope....

Re: Hanged Girls Thread Continued
Wow. I don't know whether that's more sad, or ideal - suicide at 95. Would it be more of a comfort to reach that age and be able to confidently say 'enough is enough', knowing there's really little time left anyway? So you aren't missing out on much by dying 'prematurely' (ie. unnaturally). Or would it be sad having to go that way rather than by some more organic/natural means? Perhaps a death which you can't predict is sometimes preferable? Maybe the burden of having to DIY-a-death is worse than having a death beyond your own control? Maybe I'm over-analysing it. But it's interesting seeing such an oldie opt out like that. I hope she died at peace with life. Fulfilled. 95 years.. damn. |
