Since she has some of that foam in her mouth and since there is gravel and sand on her stomach I think she was killed right there and maybe her face pushed down into the triangle piece of foam. And contrary to another comment it is not hard to strangle someone with one hand when the victim is lying on her back on the ground. |

The debris on her tummy bothers me. It doesn't fit. Then again, perhaps I'm missing something that would explain it.

She may initially have been found face down on slightly damp ground. When she was turned over some of the debris could then fail to slide/roll off of her body.
