You are way off. -5C is 23F Keep in mind 32F = 0C and each degree of C is 1.8F. The numbers get closer as you go lower though. They equal out at -40. :) |

All of my Death Section posts are US cases ( though a lot of them are illegal border hoppers & aren't technically Americans). There are certain loopholes in proprietary laws, if you know where to look. All the people in my posts are unclaimed and unidentified, so individual privacy is sacrificed in the hope that it will lead to a positive identification, and pictures help a lot. If someone's already identified, then it's really hard to find anything unless the person is famous. |

We had two die in my town in the same night from hypothermia. It has to be a torturous way to go. I can't stand to be cold and to I would think a steel boxcar would not be much shelter at all. Poor girl

This last winter brought us -35°F, -70°F with the windchill. They actually changed the formula that was used to calculate windchill. With the old formula the news would be telling us it was -110°F.  |
