This is all about her. She died Jan. 13th. She has been identified as a homeless woman from Las Vegas but they have yet to release a name. If they do Im sure this thread will have the updated info.

She was a meth user. I'm from that area and the hardcore meth heads tend to hang out at the train yards because, well, where else can they stay they won't be chased out of? But many, many bodies like these are found throughout January, which is the coldest month of the year there.

Try spend a night outside, with wind chill, no shelter and barely any clothes on and then tell her how you're going to deal with it good.
I used to live in an old house on the top of a hill with paper-thin walls, and when the storm came I huddled under two layers of duvet with my feet planted on the oil heater and still shivered like a leaf, and it wasn't even below 0'C! Imagine what she must have gone through...
