Members of the Fire Department of the city of Valle de ÁNGELES carried out the rescue of the body of a young man who died from electrocution after receiving an electric shock while performing connection work on a pole supporting high-voltage lines and a transformer. The body of the 25-year-old young man was lowered with the assistance of ENEE personnel and transferred to the Forensic Medicine headquarters in the Honduran capital. It is unknown whether the work the young man was performing was authorized by a competent authority.

Disha, Chegunta: A farmer died after accidentally getting electrocuted while laying a transformer fuse wire at an agricultural field. The incident took place in Bonala village. According to Chegunta SI Chaitanya Kumar Reddy, a farmer named Muradi Chittam (54) from Bonala village in the mandal area, died on the spot after getting electrocuted while laying a fuse wire at a transformer due to lack of electricity supply to his borehole motor at his agricultural field on the outskirts of the village.
