A security guard was electrocuted to death while inspecting the building he guarded. 34 years old. The mishap occurred at the facilities of the weekly Letra Libre in the vicinity of the El Prado neighborhood in Tegucigalpa. According to versions of witnesses, he heard noises in the sheets, so in compliance with his work he made a round at the place. Then the guard placed a ladder to climb to the roof of the place and thus verify that everything was in order. It was not known if the unfortunate man misplaced the ladder and fell into a power transformer electrocuting him to death, or if he touched a high-voltage cable, which threw him into the transformer.

A homeless man was electrocuted when he entered a transformer on the Costera Miguel Alemán of the port. He tried to mitigate sleep inside a CFE transformer and was electrocuted to death, this is the second case. The naked man, as he was known, walked several kilometers from the port's main square to the corner of Parque Papagayo, on the Costera. Her genitals exposed and her entire body completely naked, with the wind blowing from the south, she reached where a transformer from the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE) was located and opened the iron door without much trouble, some witnesses said, to rest in inside for a moment. The man without clothes, who apparently suffered from his mental faculties, lost his sanity and with it his own life. When he opened the door of the transformer, in front of an OXXO store, he entered with half his body and held on to some levers with his right hand, it was then that he was struck down by a so-called "high voltage" electric shock. It should be noted that with this there are -two- cases of people killed in CFE transformers.

According to witnesses, upon hearing the thunder of the energy discharge, the naked man could not release the levers inside the CFE box. With half his body inside and the other part outside, he remained inert.
