was on the transformer early in the morning during the power cut...he committed suicide by waiting on the transformer until the power came on and electrocuting him to death.

When we turned on the motor on Wednesday, we were told not to add water, but there was no electricity. He went to the nearest transformer and found that the fuse had blown. He turned off the transformer to put a fuse. But it didn't turn off properly and did not notice it, put the fuse and fell on the same transformer and electrocuting him to death.

This is why trained and dedicated service staff exist. Also those transformers should be in a watertight locked metal cabinet.
