I'm sure that in a single instant, tiny fractions of a second, those who do this look like Dizzy Gillespie x 3, with cheeks bulged out in a super grotesque way. Great post as always!

Fig.8 Extensive splitting of the facial skin and soft tissues from an intraoral placement and discharge of a 12 gauge shotgun.  Fig.9 A more extreme example of facial splitting from an intraoral discharge. Conspicuous splitting is noted along the paranasal and maxillary areas with extension to the outer angles of the mouth.
