Back on August 18th in Brazil, a 24yo drug user who was known to assault people in the local park was shot dead by two mysterious elements. Those dogs look guilty.        |

Haha, I know we have dead Brazilian scumbags on here all the time, but that's the deadest, most Brazilian-looking scumbag I've ever seen. But that cop looks like he means business - he'll be cracking the case and hoovering up those bribes in no seconds flat. The alive Brazilian scumbags did it.
