I found this on another gore site and thought I'd share this with you. I found the post interesting because of how detailed it was and where it took place.... it happened in Tucson, Arizona, in June 2007. 26-year-old Amy intentionally OD'd on pills and left a poignant suicide note behind: "I'm sorry I cannot go on. I hope God forgives me for what I've done. Please tell my Mom". She apparently collapsed before she could finish the note. She did it because her brother was about to be deported, and (I'm assuming) meant to send this note to her brother. I don't know the man who posted this pic but I give him props for all the info provided.

She was apparently only dead for an hour or so (tops) before she was found.
I don't think you turn into a green, putrid mess after only an hour. In some conditions, it takes weeks. In others, it takes 6 hours or so for truly visible discoloration and livor mortis to set in. I'm thinking she called or texted someone saying she was about to "do it" and that said person(s) phoned in the cops right away. If that was the case (most likely scenario), she had JUST hit the bucket by the time emergency responders arrived and was likely still breathing minutes prior. That explains the lack of discoloration.

I've seen authentic "gore" photos on here that look far more like typical stock photographs. The positioning looks pretty typical for someone who had just passed 5-10 minutes prior to the pic being taken.

Like I said, most post-mortem photos we have on here feature people who lie deceased for more than an hour. However, this woman looks pretty fresh. I'm convinced by its authencity, maybe not fully, but I am not unconvinced either. But I got this from a "reputable source".

Just doesn't look like her muscles are flacid. I found these though....

Approach photograph depicting the body on a couch with nearby empty prescription bottle prescribed the day before (consistent with a pharmacologic cause of death), suicide note, and pen (consistent with a suicidal manner of death). Note the white material beneath of the head of the decedent. The blanket was moved by the police before the investigator's arrival. It is important to question law enforcement regarding previous suicidal ideation, attempts, or related hospitalizations for threats or attempts. In addition, examination of the body for stigmata of previous suicide attempts (eg, linear scars or fresh abrasions or incised wounds colloquially termed "hesitation marks" on the antecubital fossae or wrists) can corroborate a history of suicidality.

Yes. Apparently, the poster of this pic (on that gore site) knows a seasoned ex-EMT who runs a few forensic sites, and on one of those forensic sites, that photo set is included.

Eh. This is the fakest-looking setup I have ever seen.
I'm not definitively saying fake either, but come on...the spacing between the body and the overturned pill bottle, and the suicide note with the warbly, unfinished last line as the poison took hold and prevented further writing...ehhhhhhhhhhh

I'll dig around some more myself. It doesn't help that you pulled this off of the straight-up shittiest 'gore' site on the internet and that it was posted there by a newbie with no posting history, no verifiable details, and some story about underground forensics sites.

Leaving it up for now, pending further investigation. My gut says this is fake as shit, but we'll see. It would help if we could read the label on the actual pill bottle to find out if what she supposedly took was even fatal.

Don't get me wrong. We appreciate you trying to contribute. Just...perfect setup like this combined with allegedly American decedent....it's a hard sell.

I don't know what pills she swallowed (if it's real) but she never got very far with her note, must have been pretty potent tablets, but maybe you do drift of quickly... I don't know ..
