Doesn't look like they are wasting a lot of healthcare dollars on foolish things like food either. they all look like they are starving. Your right Kelly no human anywhere should be treated in this manner. All I can tell you is rest assured there is a special place in heaven for the victims and a special place in Hell for the perpatrators. |

That thing you're mistaking for a nipple is either a urostomy or a colostomy. So either the poor fellow's large intestine, or more likely his bladder, has been short-circuited (as a result of cancer, etc) such that either his feces or his urine comes right out of that surgically created shortcut. God help them!
