We've had a few nasty mental hospitals in the US. Geraldo did a big expose on one way back in the day. Willow Brook State in I think, Staten Island?

The whole thing is a gross sad mess but the 1000 bed bugs on the beds in a few pics are just the creepiest. I'm safely assuming they're bed bugs.
