i have "metal- a headbangers journey". and in it he interviewed the band. i guess they went out of their way to be "EXTREME" and more metal than anybody else. if i remember correctly, i think members of the band had pieces of his teeth on necklaces or some shit.
actually it's pieces of the dead singers skull....this is the part that i know of but could be teeth also!
