On the other hand, kidnappings are fairly common in mexico and it is possible that when she was bound with duct tape, she still assumed that if she cooperated, the kidnappers would ask for ransom and she would live. By the time she realized that she was doomed, she was already taped up and couldn't do anything except for shit her pants and die. :(

Yes, it is possible that they could have gotten fingerprints. But this is Ciudad Juarez we're talking about here. There are cartel-related murders every day and very few are fully investigated. Why? Because the cops who look too deeply into Cartel murders wind up with bags on their heads.

I think alot of the time these pretty girls start dating someone from a drug cartel or someone closely involved with them and then if she wants to break it off or something then they have to kill her because she already knows too much. I think this because it said when they found her it really stinked. and that means shed been dead awhile. and from the looks of it, the stains look fresh. while being suffocated i doubt you have enough fear to pee. youd probably concentrate so much on getting air and getting the bag off. usually when people pee its because of them knowing. I doubt its the cartel. they wouldve raped her. it was probably a kidnapping and ransom. either that or her boyfriend was part of it and he wanted her to die without bloodshed

No, she hadn't been dead a while. As I stated earlier in this thread, she'd been dead less than an hour when her body was found. It was also the middle of winter and a very chilly night, so even if she had been dead for a while (which she certainly was not), she wouldn't have been noticeably rotting.

The smell in the car that the reporter referred to was due to the fact that she had shit and pissed herself, either before she died or right after. Typically, when the bowels give out as a result of primary flaccidity after death, only a small amount of feces is removed-just whatever was in the 'bottom' of the colon when the muscles relaxed.

In this victim's case, the stain is fairly widespread and wet. That makes it far more likely that she shit herself in fear as she was suffocating, likely while she was sitting down based on the way the stain has spread.

Furthermore, there is absolutely no reason to assume that this was not a Cartel hit because she wasn't raped. Go check out any number of Narco Violence threads on this board and you'll find that the Cartel hitmen very rarely rape their female victims-not when they're being used to send a message, anyway.
