There must be way more dammage covered up by the way he's folded.On the crane arm above him it's covered in "bits-N-pieces" of meaty stuff.May explain that chunk of human tri-tip laying on the ground,just my 2 cents

Actually if you look at the whole of the crane you see several others of the poles with that stuff on it. I don't think it's human "bits-N-pieces" of meaty stuff, I think it's old worn off paint, like an orange rust-proofing paint. Mystery remains
