Colombian Man's Head Crushed After Being Run Over by Bus

In events that are under investigation by the authorities in Cali, a young man died after being run over by a MÍO bus, one of the public transportation systems in the capital of Valle del Cauca Department.

Regarding what happened, two hypotheses have been circulating on social media.

The first suggests that the deceased victim was a suspected thief who intended to rob passengers on the bus. Apparently, the young man who died had entered the vehicle with the intention of robbing other passengers, but upon realizing this, the passengers began to shout, attracting the attention of the driver. Immediately, the driver stopped the bus, a situation that the victim took advantage of to get off the articulated bus with the intention of puncturing its tires in a way that would prevent it from moving. However, upon seeing what the alleged delinquent was attempting to do, the bus driver reportedly accelerated the vehicle before directly colliding with the young man, who suffered crushing injuries to the front of his body, including his head.

On the other hand, there are also reports indicating that the victim was simply a pedestrian walking in the area and, in an act of imprudence, tried to cross the street when the bus was approaching at a high speed. MÍO has not officially commented on the events of the morning.
