In Paço do Lumiar, Maranhão state, Brazil, the charred body of 52-year-old M.L. was found inside her property.

She had been killed by her husband, although it isn't clear on whether she was murdered by being set ablaze, or if she was murdered and then the husband set fire to her corpse.

When police entered the property, they found that the husband, whose identity was not released, had cut his wrists to simulate a suicide attempt. He was taken into custody.

Near her hands it shows knife injuries, so my guess is he attacked/stabbed her and set her on fire later, but her arms position indicate to me that might have been alive a little bit still

This is called the pugilist posture, where the arms and legs raise due to the muscles reacting to the heat. You may see it watching virtually any post of burnt bodies, dead and alive at the time the fire started, and IIRC hermantheshocker made a post describing this phenomen in detail
