A Man Was Found Hanging from a Tree in a High State of Decomposition
The body of a man with a high degree of decomposition was found in the mounted area of the municipality of Luruaco, Atlántico, apparently a victim of strangulation. It is presumed that the body belongs to the citizen O.M.R., who has been missing for several days and nothing is known about his whereabouts.
