Ummmm......what the hell is your Dr friend smoking??? Did you tell the Dr it's not hooked up to anything, nor was he getting embalmed. I don't know why the hell this guy had to slice into his ankle right there at the death scene unless he does this as a way to remove blood for testing for shit.....but that doesn't make sense either. Never heard of a Rubber Tree?? They get very tall like 50', we have them in the state of Florida.
