Brazil - Young Man Found Stabbed, Strangled + Without His Eyes
On 20th August 2020 in the Santa Luzia neighbourhood (Brazil), a young man was found dead. The man had been tortured; his eyes were gouged out, he had been strangled with cables + he had been stabbed several times. He was known for committing robberies in the area.
