Brutal Images From Argentina's Military Exercise on Torture
These pictures were taken from an Argentinian military exercise on prisoner torture. The information does not say whether these men were volunteers, but I highly suspect, that even if they were, they did not agree to be stripped down naked and have their genitals hit with a cattle prod.
