So, copper theft is a thing in Brazil too? It’s everywhere in Middle America, including here in the Razorback State. Seems to be closely correlated with the usage of methamphetamine. Both meth addiction and copper theft are linked to poverty, and common in impoverished, rural areas everywhere from Ohio to Oregon. |
