Was there a fire under his tub?? How did the water stay at boiling temps for 9 hours - my water will get cold if I'm in there for 1 hour...
People often use home-made electrical heaters to do it, often taken from stoves. They use it to heat the water for a long time, and thus, ends up on the internet

The description makes no sense. How would tap water going into a bath boil. And, water cools off after it sits for a while. No way it would continue to stay hot, or even hot ehough to boil for 9 hours.
