Body of Lawyer Bound with Chains Found in a Lake
On 12th October 2017 in Santo Domingo at around 11am, the body of Y.R.F. was found in a stream. His body was bound with chains + 2 cement blocks were attached. He had been shot in one of his eyes. 'Y', a lawyer, had last been seen at around 1pm the previous day. It's thought that his body had been in the water for 14-16 hours. The audio in the first video, is a telephone conversation in which J.A.M.B. reveals that A.C.G. contracted him to kidnap + kill 'Y' for the sum of one hundred thousand pesos.

I searched the man's name on here + there weren't any results. Do you have a link? Edit: I've just found it, you hadn't put his full name in the post so it didn't come up when I searched.
