You're dreaming. You can only execute those rapists who are caught. This guy got caught because the kid died. This is not the typical outcome. Many family member abusers go on for years, intimidating their child victims (and other adults who may suspect what is going on) into silence.

Exactly. Killing killers/rapists doesn't discourage others from doing it. It just causes them to work harder not to get caught - as in, immediately kill the victim and hide the body. It's been proven. |
