Propably they started cutting it from the tail or at it's waist where the fuzes is located, igniting it and detonated the bomb! With the fuzes removed and if the explosive is TNT, you can cut it safely with a blowtorch, The TNT will catch fire however and burn quite violently! Personally, I would tilt it 60 degrees nose up, and slowly heat it up, starting at the tail, by hot air-blower until the TNT liquids and let it pour out into a empty drum. |
