A 17-year-old surnamed Liu (劉) yesterday turned himself in after shooting more than 50 bullets into a closed pawnshop in New Taipei City’s Tucheng District (土城), the Tucheng Police Precinct said. Liu took a taxi to the pawnshop on Sichuan Road and at 8:52am shot in the store’s direction, leaving 65 bullet holes in the store’s steel shutters and nearby scooters, police said. He took the same taxi to the Banciao Precinct’s Daguan Police Station and turned himself in at about 8:55am, police said. Police cordoned off the area, and found a gun and two magazines at the site, they said. No one was injured, they said, adding that they are looking into potential motives.

I was thinking the same thing. He comes out of a taxi, shoots and comes back to the taxi. Everyone tries to get away, but that taxi didn't move. He wanted his fare.

Manufactured by F1 Firearms, a type 5m model in 9mm typically, might be different for this one as it looks custom and full auto less hes mastered the bump fire. Technically a pistol by atf rules funny enough.

That taxi driver He should have taken off as soon as he saw the asshole shoot up the place, unless he threatened him or something. Reminds me of the time my ex-brother-in-law was giving an acquaintance he knew a ride somewhere. The acquaintance was carrying something wrapped up. The guy tells my brother-in-law, "Stop here for a second." He then rolls down the window, unwraps his package, pulls out a shotgun and blasts some parked car's window out while yelling, "WOOO HOOO!" then tells my brother-in-law to step on it. I'm ashamed to say my late sister dated that guy (not my brother-in-law, her ex-husband, who was crazy cool and a great guy), and used to go see him in jail. He later cleaned up his act and had a cable access TV show about local politics. He was at her funeral (cancer) and he greeted me with a smile and we chatted. He changed his life around. My late sister considered him her soul mate.
