Ridiculous overreach by the complainants and the police. People need to respect people's activities as long as they are not harming anybody. A woman masturbating in the surf is call for giving her a little elbow space to do her thing, and it will be all over in 5 minutes. Florida has a very good vibe that way.

Eww. Wouldn't put my hand in that bag to retrieve the "device" with your 10 foot pole. Nice to see these double standards just melting Away in our society. 20 years ago the cops probably would have just laughed it off, along with the perp, and let her go.
