This probably was that dog's first rodeo... it's obviously green and needs more training, but I don't think it's police dog material anyway. The dog didn't alert, unless you count finding a tennis ball, putting it in its mouth and investigating the complete opposite side of the shed where the suspect was, an alert. That dog was completely stressed out and did not want to be in that shed once things got loud... it ran away from the suspect, jumped on his bed to get distance, tried to leave the shed but the handler stopped him... for a whole two seconds before the dog made it out on the 2nd attempt, and when he came back in, he got in his owner's face and barked at him...not the suspect. And it wasn't an aggressive "dad you want me to fuck him up!?" type bark either, it was a "dad what are you doing?! let's get the fuck out of this shed!" bark. And I think the dog started biting the blanket immediately after that bark because it was stressed, agitated, and frustrated by the situation...not because it was trying to apprehend the suspect... just watch what it does and where it goes after biting it. ------ There's a lot of cap in that news article, but the video is pretty clear. There was no second gun. You can see him place it on the table and his hand hovers above the same gun before picking it up a couple seconds later. |

So much wrong here. Dog sucks, put it up for adoption...or put it down before it gets someone killed. Wonder why I didn't see this one on the news...white on white maybe. They should have greased that POS as soon as they moved the beanbag chair. Two likely stolen handguns and 30 seconds to use them? Amazing no one dropped instantly. Lucky this time.
