I'm glad he shot him! so what if his back was turned if he already deserved to die? he certainly already deserved to die. god save us all if a criminal ever figures out all he has to do to win some peoples sympathy or to make the hero that shoots them look bad, is just commit crimes backwards. sure its a little more work but it's worth it.
